Wczoraj oglądaliśmy z Mężem film Śniadanie na Plutonie. Przypomniało mi to zupełnie inny film - Velvet Goldmine (polski tytuł Idol) . Czemu? Bo styl, w jakim ubierają się główni bohaterzy jest podobny - to glam rock.
Obcisłe, dopasowane ubrania, często w intensywnych kolorach, spodnie dzwony, często podniesione kołnierze od kurtek lub płaszczy. Zarówno u kobiet jak i u mężczyzn odważny makijaż.
Nie mam odwagi tak się ubierać na co dzień, ale w filmie bardzo mi się podoba.
Yesterday, me and my Hubby, watched a Breakfast on Pluto movie. It remided me other movie - Velvet Goldmine. Why? It is because of fashion people wear in those movies - it is glam rock.
Tight, tailored clothes, often in bright colours, bell trousers, upturned jacket and coat collars. Both, woman and man had brave make up.
I am not so brave to wear such clothes, but I like them a lot.

średnio mi się podoba ten styl, wolę proste rzeczy, bez zbędnych szaleństw.
OdpowiedzUsuńod dawna mam zamiar obejrzeć Velvet Goldmine (Brian Molko!), ale jak do tej pory kończy się na zamiarach.

I think sometimes in glam movies, the fashion stands out more than the story- all I remember about Breakfast on Pluto is the costumes! They were quite amazing, I have to say :)

No to znam swoje plany na dzis wieczór- velvet goldmine.
OdpowiedzUsuńZ tych dwóch filmów na pewno wyżej oceniam "Idola", nawet jeśli brać pod uwagę kostiumy a nie poziom scenariusza, czy grę aktorów. A "Ballad of Maxwell Demon" dziś będę miał w uszach - za sprawą mp3 oczywiście :))
